Position Overview:

We are seeking a

DPR Expert

to lead the preparation of

Detailed Project Reports

across our key verticals--

organic agriculture

,

food processing

, and

water/wastewater treatment

. This role is critical to project planning, funding facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and technical documentation for institutional and government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)

for projects in organic farming, and water treatment (like STPs, ETPs, RO plants).

Study project feasibility

- including technical, financial, and environmental aspects - to make sure the project is practical and sustainable.

Understand and align projects with government schemes

like PMKSY, PMFME, Jal Jeevan Mission, AMRUT, etc., to access grants and subsidies.

Coordinate with internal teams

(technical, agriculture, water treatment, field staff) to collect inputs for the DPRs.

Design layouts and suggest technologies

for water treatment systems, organic input units, storage, and processing facilities.

Create documents and presentations

for funding proposals, government approvals, and bank or investor submissions.

Ensure the projects meet legal and environmental standards

, such as pollution control norms and organic certification guidelines.

Stay updated on industry trends and policies

in agriculture, water treatment, and sustainability to keep DPRs relevant and impactful.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Agriculture, Environmental Engineering, Water Resource Management, Rural Development, or related fields

. MBA/PGDM is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of experience

in preparing DPRs in

agriculture and/or water treatment sectors

. Strong knowledge of government schemes, PPP models, CSR implementation, and EPC project cycles. Proficient in financial modeling, technical writing, and project lifecycle documentation. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi), both written and verbal. Hands-on experience with MS Office; familiarity with CAD or water system design software is a bonus.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with

ETP/STP/RO plant

proposals and operations. Exposure to

organic certification standards (NPOP/NOP)

and value chain development. Worked with

FPOs, NGOs, EPC contractors

, or

government-funded projects

. Understanding of environmental compliance, pollution control norms, and green technologies.
