Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

detailed shop drawings and working drawings

for interiors, furniture, and civil projects. Develop

2D/3D models and production drawings

using AutoCAD, Coohom, Cabinet Vision, Infurnia, Autodesk Inventor, Woodworks, and other related tools. Create

joinery shop drawings

including furniture details, modular layouts, fit-outs, and finishing details. Prepare

architectural drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), cutting lists (manual + optimized using Cutting Pro)

for production. Work with

Bessie Cabinet, Optic Planning, and B-Solid software (Beam Saw / CNC programming)

to support production requirements. Coordinate with

project managers, architects, and site engineers

to ensure seamless execution of drawings. Conduct

site supervision and verification of works

as per approved drawings. Maintain accurate

documentation of revisions, approvals, and drawing versions

. Provide

production-ready drawings

to the factory, ensuring accuracy for cutting, joinery, and installation. Support

project planning, client presentations, and execution

with accurate and timely detailing.

Skills & Competencies

Design & Drafting Tools:

AutoCAD, Coohom, Cabinet Vision, Infurnia, Autodesk Inventor, Woodworks, 3D Modeling.

Joinery & Interior Detailing:

Strong knowledge of furniture, carpentry, modular detailing, and joinery production standards.

Cutting & BOM Preparation:

Preparing BOMs, manual cut lists, optimized cutting (Cutting Pro).

CNC & Production Tools:

Bessie Cabinet, Optic Planning, B-Solid (Beam Saw / CNC programming).

General Software:

MS Office for documentation, reporting, and coordination.

Coordination & Execution:

Site supervision, project coordination, and cross-team communication. Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple projects, and knowledge of

materials, finishes, and interior execution methods

.

Preferred Experience

Experience in

interior fit-outs, modular furniture production, and civil drawing coordination

. Exposure to

residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality projects

.

Experience Preferred:

6+ years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
