JOB ROLE:
The Tour Operator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating inbound travel services for individuals, groups, or corporate clients visiting the UAE.
This includes designing tailor-made itineraries, booking accommodations and transport, arranging guided tours and activities, and ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience for clients.
The Tour Operator acts as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Tour Planning and Itinerary Development
Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and timelines.
Create package tours including sightseeing, accommodation, transportation, meals, and activities.
Recommend attractions and experiences that highlight UAE's culture, landmarks, and entertainment.
2. Booking and Coordination
Manage reservations for hotels, transport, guides, attractions, desert safaris, dhow cruises, etc.
Negotiate and liaise with local vendors, suppliers, and service providers for best rates and quality service.
Coordinate meet-and-greet services at airports and arrange transfers.
3. Client Communication
Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms.
Provide pre-arrival support, destination information, and travel tips.
Offer 24/7 on-ground support during clients' stay if needed.
4. Operations and Execution
Ensure all bookings and services are confirmed and executed as per the itinerary.
Handle changes, cancellations, or emergency requests with efficiency.
Prepare daily tour reports and liaise with drivers, guides, and hotel staff.
5. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain client records, invoices, vouchers, and service confirmations.
Monitor tour costs, profit margins, and client payments.
Submit operational and customer service reports to the line manager.
6. Quality Assurance
Conduct post-tour feedback collection and analyze customer satisfaction.
Resolve service complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure adherence to company standards and UAE tourism regulations.

Must be on parent's/spouse visa or own visa
Must have a valid UAE residence visa
Should be available to join immediately or within a short notice period
2. Education and Experience
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Prior experience in a similar industry/role (e.g. tourism, admin, customer service)
Familiarity with UAE market and locations is an advantage
3. Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Good in email drafting and reporting
Typing speed and accuracy
4. Language
Fluent in English (spoken and written) mandatory
Knowledge of Hindi / other languages is a plus
5. Personality and Attitude
Presentable and well-groomed
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Punctual, responsible, and committed
6. Work Hours and Availability
Willing to work full-time
Flexible to work on weekends / public holidays (if needed)
