Act as a subject-matter expert for assigned destinations
Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets
Provide detailed destination insights including culture, attractions, weather, events, and travel logistics
Recommend accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities
Coordinate with hotels, guides, DMCs, and local vendors
Ensure itineraries align with safety, visa, and travel regulations
Assist sales teams with destination presentations and proposals
Handle client inquiries pre- and post-booking
Stay updated on destination trends, new experiences, and supplier offerings
Conduct destination training for internal teams when required
