Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on travel destinations, including attractions, culture, weather, travel guidelines, and activities. Design customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets. Stay updated on destination trends, new hotels, attractions, visa rules, festivals, and travel advisories. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and local partners to plan travel packages. Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Recommend transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and travel insurance options. Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering accurate information and timely support. Manage bookings, payments, and confirmations using company CRM/tools. Promote destinations through presentations, social media content, or webinars (if required). Provide post-trip support and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
