Rozevo, a venture from Talrop, is looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Destination Coordinators. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about travel, customer service, and cross-cultural communication. As a Destination Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing travel experiences, ensuring each customer's journey is seamless, safe, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate fluently with customers in multiple languages to ensure a smooth and personalized experience. Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and in person, maintaining a professional and friendly tone. Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and itineraries for clients during their trips. Provide information and insights about destinations, including local customs, cultural dos and don'ts, must-visit spots, and safety tips. Ensure all logistics (tickets, hotel bookings, permits, local guides) are confirmed before the trip begins. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues swiftly while maintaining customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of travel schedules, incidents, customer preferences, and expenses. Prepare reports for internal teams to evaluate and improve service quality. Ensure compliance with travel policies, visa regulations, and local laws during all trips. Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals. Network with hotels, tour operators, local vendors, and transport providers to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in the travel industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of travel products, including flights, hotels, and activities. Fluent in Hindi & English languages Any Graduation (preferably in Travel & Tourism; having a background in this field will be an added advantage).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
