Key Responsibilities:
Prepare all desserts from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients
Develop and maintain recipes for Ice cream, yogurt, Smoothies, and honey-based items
Supervise and collaborate with a small team of 2 to 4 dessert assistants
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dessert preparation area
Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all desserts
Stay updated on dessert trends and contribute to menu development
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a dessert or pastry chef
Expertise in frozen desserts (ice cream, Smoothies, yogurt) and natural sweeteners like honey
Strong leadership and communication skills
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Preferred:
Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts
Experience in menu development
