Location : Pune (Remote)Experience : 4 plus years in IT sales or services and B2B.Job Responsibilities:- Strengthen pipeline by cold calling, emailing and arranging referrals to generate leads with C-Level executives of large private and public sector prospective clients.- Support and help internal business development teams by outbound prospecting, follow up on leads and develop opportunities for the sales pipeline.- Should be tech savvy and exposure to social media tools like LinkedIn would be an added advantage- Create and maintain mailing lists for newsletters to plan and execute regular newsletter campaigns.- Drive accountability within the team to meet business development objectives.- Execute and orchestrate gamification techniques to achieve objectives.- Ensure compliance with sales methods and process across sales development team.- Monitor the quality and consistency of lead processes, metrics and activities.- Capture regular sales activities in a leading CRM tool.- Timely reporting to provide visibility of performance to goal.- Be data driven, self-motivated and flexible to changes and think creatively to propose solutions with a natural passion for problem solving.
