Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily despatch operations of rice and by-products Ensure accurate loading, unloading, and dispatch as per invoices and delivery schedules Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams for timely dispatch Maintain despatch records, delivery challans, invoices, and stock movement registers Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery to customers Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures Handle driver coordination and resolve despatch-related issues Report daily despatch status to management

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Despatch Supervisor in a

Rice Mill industry only

Good knowledge of rice mill operations, packing, and dispatch processes Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing/despatch records preferred) Strong coordination and communication skills Ability to handle pressure and meet delivery timelines
