Order Processing & Coordination

Receive and verify sales orders before despatch. Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Prioritize orders based on delivery schedules and route plans.

Despatch Operations

Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure accuracy and safety. Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents. Ensure correct quantity and product batch/expiry details during despatch. Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely dispatch of vehicles.

Inventory & Documentation

Maintain records of all outgoing shipments in ERP/WMS. Track and reconcile despatch data with inventory records daily. Report any stock discrepancies or damages immediately.

Compliance & Quality

Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards. Verify vehicle condition and loading compliance as per FMCG standards. Support periodic audits and documentation reviews.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of FMCG logistics and distribution processes. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch timelines. Willing to work in night shifts.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in despatch or warehouse operations (preferably FMCG sector). Knowledge of local transport regulations and route planning.

Pay: ₹20.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
