Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows) and applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users. Set up new user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions in accordance with IT policies. Perform regular system updates, patches, and antivirus checks. Support remote users via remote desktop tools or VPN. Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT support or vendors when necessary. Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT best practices and security. Ensure compliance with organizational IT security and data protection policies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
