Role - Desktop Support Manager



:



We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Desktop Support Manager, who supports the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage IT operations in Chennai Branch and coordinating with Head Office at Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:



Supervise and support daily IT operations. Coordinate the

installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

of IT systems and services (e.g., FortiGate, Windows Server, Office 365). Monitor and maintain

networks, servers, CCTV systems, biometric devices and IT hardware.

Oversee asset management, inventory control, and technical documentation. Provide Level 2/3 support and escalate critical issues as needed. Certifications in

Azure Administrator Associate (

Microsoft Certified)

, CompTIA Network+ / Security+, Cisco CCNA / CCNP, ITIL Foundation are preferred

Manage IT-related projects, including vendor coordination and branch site implementations. Assist in developing IT policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery strategies. Train, support, and mentor junior IT support staff.

Strong communication, Team handling along with Leadership and problem-solving skills.


Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5 - 7 years of hands-on experience, including 1 - 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Proficient in Networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall), Windows Server and Active Directory, Endpoint protection and data security, Office 365, remote desktop tools, and cloud environments, IT infrastructure setup: Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometrics, etc
