What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive desktop and technical support to clients and customers Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 7/10 Configure Lotus Notes / Outlook clients Install and manage antivirus & patch management systems Handle basic networking tasks (router & switch configuration) Provide on-site IT support as IT Executive Setup and configure network printers Support MS Office, web browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox) Work in Active Directory / domain environment Manage mobile devices and email configurations Resolve issues through helpdesk ticketing systems Perform Level 1 installation of Windows Server (2008/2012/2016/2019)

Requirements

1-3 years of hands-on desktop/IT support experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities

What We Offer
