About the Role:
As a Desktop Support Executive you will be responsible to provide technical assistance to users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and related peripherals. The role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of printer and barcode setup, and basic software exposure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any software installation or configuration problems for clients.
Provide technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
Resolve client queries related to billing software, hardware functionality, and system performance.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical issues and provide clear instructions for resolution.
Ensure timely resolution of issues in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
Candidate Requirement:
0-2 years of experience into Hardware/Desktop Support.
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
