Key Responsibilities:
Desktop Support:
Provide first-level support for desktop/laptop issues (hardware and software).
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software (Windows, MS Office, etc.).
Troubleshoot network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, scanners, etc.).
Manage user accounts, email setup, and access controls.
Perform routine maintenance and updates for systems and antivirus.
Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT equipment.
Provide remote support to branch offices or field teams as needed.
Tally Support:
Install, configure, and update Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime across user machines.
Troubleshoot issues related to Tally operations, user access, or data synchronization.
Assist accounting team in backup/restoration of Tally data.
Coordinate with Tally support/vendor for licensing and issue resolution.
Provide basic user training or guidance on Tally functionalities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk role.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime is a must.
Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
