to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in providing end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will work directly with employees to resolve technical issues, provide system maintenance, and ensure smooth IT operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
:
Provide
desktop, laptop, and peripheral support
for internal staff.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot
hardware and software
systems, including operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), office suites, and proprietary software.
Diagnose and resolve
technical issues
related to computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other office equipment.
Respond to
helpdesk tickets
and provide timely resolution or escalation to higher-level support teams as necessary.
Assist with
user account management
, including password resets, permissions management, and software installation.
Perform
regular software updates and patching
to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.
Set up, deploy, and manage
new workstations and devices
, including the installation of operating systems, applications, and system configurations.
Monitor network connectivity and ensure proper integration of devices with the network (including VPNs, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet).
Provide
remote desktop support
for users working from remote locations.
Document and maintain a knowledge base of common technical issues and resolutions.
Work closely with the IT team to
resolve systemic issues
and implement preventive measures to avoid future problems.
Assist in
asset management

training and guidance
to users on basic IT tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Requirements
:
Experience
: 3+ years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or related field.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills
