Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team at our factory location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including firewall installation, software cloning, and Gsuite administration.

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain firewalls to ensure network security

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems

- Clone machine software and configure systems for optimal performance

- Manage Gsuite administration, including user accounts, groups, and security settings

- Provide IT support for factory operations, including equipment maintenance and upgrades

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve IT issues and implement solutions

- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, issues, and resolutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support

Requirements:

- 3+ years of IT support experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

- Knowledge of firewall installation, configuration, and management

- Experience with Gsuite administration and Google Cloud services

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus

Desired Skills:

- Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems

- Knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

- Familiarity with cloud-based IT infrastructure and services

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
