We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Desktop Support Engineer

to provide on-site and remote technical support for our clients. The role involves handling system installations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, installing and configuring laptops and operating systems, and managing peripheral devices. This position also requires hands-on field work, including CCTV and biometric device installation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote desktop support for

hardware, software, and networking issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems

(Windows/Linux), and other applications. Perform

CCTV

camera installation, configuration, and maintenance. Install and maintain biometric attendance systems and ensure smooth functionality. Handle system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance of IT infrastructure. Set up and configure printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Respond to and resolve support requests from users in a timely manner. Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance, and ensure security compliance. Document all service requests, resolutions, and maintain asset records. Travel to client sites as required for installations and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or IT Support Technician. Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop hardware installation and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems installation and configuration. Experience with CCTV and biometric device installation is mandatory. Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP configuration). Ability to work independently and manage field service assignments. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
