Key Responsibilities



Provide

Level 1 & 2 support

for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and troubleshoot:

Windows OS

Microsoft Office 365

Specialized PV/CRO tools

(e.g.,

Argus Safety

,

Track Wise

,

clinical databases

) Ensure all support is compliant with:

GDP (Good Documentation Practices)

21 CFR Part 11

HIPAA regulations

Support

user onboarding/offboarding

, access management, and hardware setup. Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, SOPs, and changes. Collaborate across teams for

IT infrastructure

,

Validation

,

QA

, and

Business stakeholders

. Assist with

system audits

,

CAPA actions

, and

regulatory IT support

. Maintain IT asset inventory and perform routine system health checks.

Additional Responsibilities (Cloud & Development)



Provide basic support for

cloud infrastructure

(e.g.,

Microsoft Azure

,

AWS

, or

Google Cloud

). Assist in deploying or troubleshooting

cloud-based applications

used by the business. Contribute to simple

automation scripts

,

internal tools

, or

in-house utilities

(e.g., using Python, PowerShell, or any scripting language). Collaborate with developers or DevOps teams on

issue triaging

and

testing environments

.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in computer science,

Information Technology

, or related field.

Minimum 3 years

of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles. Experience supporting users in

healthcare, pharma, or clinical research

domains. Strong understanding of:

Windows OS

Office 365

Active Directory

VPN

,

remote access tools

Familiarity with

ticketing systems

(e.g., Jira, ServiceNow). Basic knowledge of

cloud services

(Azure, AWS, GCP). Ability to read/write simple

scripts

or

code

for automation or diagnostics. Understanding of

IT compliance

GDP systems

, and

audit processes

.

Preferred Qualifications



Certifications:

CompTIA A+

MCSA

ITIL Foundation

Cloud Certifications
