Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day desktops, laptop, and peripheral support for end-users.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux) and applications.
Manage and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, printers, scanners, and network connectivity.
Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams for escalated issues.
Ensure timely updates, patches, and antivirus management.
Assist in asset management, software license compliance, and IT inventory.
Provide remote/onsite technical support to employees.
Document issues, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base for common problems.
Ensure adherence to IT security policies and data protection guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.).
Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
Relevant certifications (MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, ITIL) will be an added advantage
