We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals. The role involves resolving hardware/software issues, installing and configuring systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
Provide support for Windows/macOS systems and common applications
Manage user accounts and access via Active Directory
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective
Respond to support tickets and resolve issues within defined timelines
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and basic networking
Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?19,000.00 per month
