Key Job Responsibilities: -

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware. Install, configure, and maintain computer OS, IP Addressing, Outlook, Chrome Profile and Software Systems. Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware & software issues. Setup and manage user accounts and permissions. Basic knowledge of I/O devices, like printer, scanner or other device installation. Having knowledge of Network cable crimping, punching, testing and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of Switches, Routers and Networking. Basic Knowledge of CCTV Installation (DVR, NVR) Ensure proper functioning of all IT equipment. Provide technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
