Job Description
Required basic knowledge of the networking, routing, and OSI model. Basic Knowledge of hardware and ability to work with desktop and Laptop machines. Basic knowledge of OS installation and configuration of all versions of Windows and deployment process. Basic Knowledge of IT accessories like Keyboard, Mouse, Headset, Webcam, Docking station, etc.. Ability to install and troubleshoot basic hardware issues on the operation floor. Ability to write, Read, and understand technical specifications.
