We have opening for IT Support Engineer for 1 to 5 years experience.Excellent Communication skillsAccept & registers service callsClassify service calls according to the specifies options.Manage the entire service request process ensuring adherence to SLAProvide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfactionShould know Microsoft excelHandle daily technical support activities on desktop support and network issuesSetup computers and install software for various applications and programsWorking knowledge of Windows OS (windows 7/windows 8/ windows 10) & outlookWorking knowledge of hardware for desktop/laptop and able to address the issueAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issuesWorking knowledge for office automation products and computer peripherals like printers and scannersNetwork and connect computers within organization to better communicationJob Type: Full-timePay: ?13,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
