Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Desktop Support Engineer

to provide technical assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth IT operations. The role involves installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide

first-level technical support

for hardware, software, and networking issues. Install, configure, and maintain

desktops, laptops, operating systems, and applications

. Troubleshoot problems related to

printers, scanners, email, MS Office, and internet connectivity

. Set up and manage

user accounts, permissions, and access rights

. Coordinate with

network and server teams

for escalated issues. Ensure

timely resolution of tickets

through remote or onsite support. Perform

regular system updates, antivirus checks, and data backups

. Document issues, resolutions, and prepare reports for management. Educate users on IT best practices and security awareness.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a

Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer

. Strong knowledge of

Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and basic networking

. Familiarity with

Active Directory, LAN/WAN, VPN, and remote desktop tools

. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
