Role Description This is a full-time on-site Desktop Support Engineer role located in Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and computer hardware. They will also troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to these devices. Qualifications Expertise in desktop computer support and troubleshooting with a minimum 2 years Familiarity with printer support and troubleshooting In-depth knowledge of computer hardware Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical support Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Industry certifications such as A+, Network+, or similar Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider and pharmaceutical industry Industry Information Technology & Services Employment Type Full-time
