1) Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, telecom, and network ( Windows OS, Desktop/Laptop, Office 365 (outlook , ms team , Ms office ).
2) Configuration and support of printers in a Windows network environment.
3) Provide end-user support via Ticketing tool , phone, email & walk-in.
4) remote support.
5) Maintains SOP for all required activities and operations,
6)Assisting with emerging technology research and evaluation
7)Handling VIP users.
8) Coordinating with Group IT related to access.
9) Coordinate with OEM for Hardware part replacement.
