Job Role: Desktop Support EngineerJob Location: MumbaiQualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ B. Tech.Skilled Required:
- Knowledge of Desktop ,laptop troubleshooting.
- Good Communication
- O365 Email Management
- Inventory management
- Desktop/Laptop hardware/Software Fix
- Installation and support of Desktops, Laptops, printers
- First Level support for Desktop / Laptops
- Verification of hardware configuration with the CLIENT baseline
- HW/ SW installation as per the checklist defined with user sign off
- Configuration of Desktops as per checklist defined with user signoff,
- Hardware Support
- Installation of software and troubleshooting related problem
- P400 Application Knowledge - Optional
- Have worked with any Insurance companies. - Optional
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
- What is your expected CTC ?
- What is your Notice period in your current company?
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Office 365: 2 years (Preferred)
