- Desktop support engineers are IT support specialists that assist clients with software issues. Their job is to provide remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer, printers, Alexa, routers etc. and installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.
- Must have knowledge of windows and Mac computers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Skills required for technicians
- Ability to install, test and troubleshoot.
- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently without much supervision.
- Ability to effectively manage time.
- 1+ Years of experience preferred.
- Freshers must have basic knowledge of computer.
- Must have worked with international clients( US &CANADA)
