Troubleshoot
basic network issues,
including Wi-Fi, LAN, and connectivity problems.
Perform
installation, configuration, and maintenance
of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot
standard business applications
.
Resolve issues related to
Windows OS and Outlook (email client)
.
Provide support for
basic IT infrastructure and end-user environments
.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as required.
Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and support activities.
Take up
additional responsibilities
as assigned based on business and operational requirements.
