1.?Hardware and Software Support:
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues on desktops, laptops, and MacBooks.
o Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
2. Network and Connectivity:
o Manage and troubleshoot Access Points and Switches.
o Ensure optimal network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
3. Audio-Video Conferencing Support:
o Set up and maintain audio-video conferencing systems.
o Provide real-time support during meetings to address technical challenges.
4. Maintenance and Monitoring:
o Conduct regular checks on IT equipment to ensure smooth operation.
o Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
5. User Support and Training:
o Assist end-users with technical queries and provide training when necessary.
o Document common issues and solutions for future reference.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and other operating systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, network devices, and software applications.
Familiarity with network configurations and device management (Access Points, Switches).
Experience with audio-video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
