The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
technical support
for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely.
Manage

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Provide support for
LAN/WAN connectivity

Assist in setting up projectors, video conferencing, and other IT equipment.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and networking basics

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple support requests.
