About the Role

We're looking for a

Desktop Engineer

to join our IT Infrastructure team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining desktop systems, resolving hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure & troubleshoot

Windows / macOS systems

Handle

hardware & software maintenance

for desktops and laptops Manage

user accounts, email, and network access (Active Directory)

Support

LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP

related issues Provide

remote & onsite IT support

to users Maintain

IT asset inventory & documentation

Ensure

data security, backups, and antivirus compliance

Required Skills

OS installation & troubleshooting (Windows / macOS) Hardware configuration & system upgrades Networking basics (IP, DNS, VPN) Remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP) Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's in

Computer Science / IT / Electronics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
