Role Overview :The Desktop Support Engineer will provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues to ensure smooth IT operations. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving user issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring end-user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

Provide first-level support for Windows/Mac desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.

Install, configure, and upgrade desktop systems, software, and applications.

Maintain and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other office equipment.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and other platforms.

Support remote users via VPN and remote desktop tools.

Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of support requests. Experience on Antivirus

Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.

Assist in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

Provide end-user training and support for software applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in desktop/laptop support and troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common enterprise software.

Experience with Active Directory, group policies, and user account management. Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.

Position: Manager - Desktop Support Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience

Job Location: Andheri (East)

Qualification: Graduation / Degree Preferred: Desktop support, IT helpdesk, or technical support role preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
