Hiring Now: Desktop Support Engineer (Female Candidates Preferred)

Salary:

?25,000 - ?35,000 per month

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in hardware & network support

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

Age Limit:

Up to 30 years

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for hardware, networking, and software-related issues Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, routers, firewalls, etc. Install & configure software, user accounts, and system updates Perform regular maintenance, antivirus management, and patch updates Monitor and improve network performance and security Maintain accurate records of inventory, issues, and resolutions Provide guidance and tech support to users

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, LAN/WAN Server installation & antivirus setup Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience with tools like Wireshark, Nagios, etc. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to manage multiple support requests
