a~ Monitor & maintaining IT Helpdesk OR Ticket Raising System timely & Permanent solution.a~ Support & troubleshooting for Windows, Linux client & server Operating Systems.a~ Routine Monitoring, Logs Check, Surveillance, cleanup, Maintenance of All Devices.a~ Hardware Troubleshooting, Part Replacements, Analysis for desktop Laptop & Server Devices.a~ Knowledge for Printer, scanner, Door Access, Punching Clock, All-in-one, Industrial systems.a~ Mailbox outlook, office365, management & troubleshooting Office Pack Good Knowledge e.g. excela~ Monitoring All Systems Logs, space and server Health Network connectivity using Applicationa~ Maintaining the timely back up of important data and management resources.a~ Antivirus Console, monitoring Security Patches updating, threat detection. Scanning.a~ Documentation of Projects, MIS Reports, Maintenance, Ticket raising for Vendor.a~ Assisted in the timely recovery of data lost due to software crash or hardware failure.a~ Providing quota limit on file server also manage Sharing & Security access control for Files & Folders.
Provide patching and upgrades for all servers on monthly schedulea~ Client-side Systems Critical Data Backup Shared Data, External Drive, MailaEUR(TM)s And Othera~ CCTV footage Backup & Suspected Activities backup & monitoring the Surveillance.a~ Basic Switch Configurations ADSL Modem Router Configurationsa~ Managing & Maintaining Wireless Network. Access Points and TroubleshootingaEUR(TM)sa~ Support for 24X7 Wireless Access Points & connectivity all over the plant.a~ Eyes on VPN links VPN Tunnel & ISP Service provider in touch & 100% uptime.a~ Network related site survey, BOM & BOQ management.a~ Video Conferencing Devices & Network Devices Monitoring e.g. MPLS.
