Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (L2 Support)
Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 INR Monthly

- Provide technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 support tickets related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Assist users with software installations, configurations, and updates.
- Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
- Collaborate with Level 1 support and other IT teams to escalate complex issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on software and hardware usage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in desktop support or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
