Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (L2 Support)

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide Level 2 support for our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Provide support for operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems.
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with Level 1 support and other IT teams to escalate complex issues.
- Conduct user training and provide guidance on best practices.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
