Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
Manage software installation, updates, and user account setups.
Resolve LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain IT documentation.
Coordinate with remote IT teams for escalation and resolution.
Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking basics.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle client interactions.
