Job Title:

Desktop Support Engineer - L1 (Fresher)

Experience:

Fresher / 0-1 Year

Assist in installation & basic troubleshooting of

desktop, laptop, printer, OS, and software

. Provide

basic network support

(LAN, Wi-Fi, cabling, IP configuration). Help in

system updates, antivirus installation, user support & maintenance tasks

. Log user issues and escalate to senior engineers when required.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of

Windows OS, Networking, and Computer Hardware

. Knowledge of

IP addressing, DNS, DHCP (basic level)

preferred. Good communication, willingness to learn, and customer handling attitude.

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / BCA / B.Tech (Computer/IT) or equivalent.
