Responsibilities:
Desktop/Laptop installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting. OS updates, antivirus checks, and daily system maintenance. Application support (MS Office, Outlook, Browsers). Basic networking tasks: LAN checks, IP configuration. Logging issues and maintaining daily IT reports.
Skills Required:
Basic hardware & software knowledge Windows OS troubleshooting Good communication & customer handling
