Job Description

Responsibilities:

oMaintenance and troubleshooting of standard software packages.

oMicrosoft OS, System Software, and Technologies. Installation and upgrades.

oFault finding like MS-office / O 365 related issues resolution

oProblems related to the usage of the internet and emails.

oMaintaining Regular call Reports.

oCoordinate with Internal authorities/Department for IT solutions.

oKnowledge of Windows client and server OS troubleshooting

oL1 Support for network troubleshooting

oL1 Support for server standard roles

Qualification:

Any Graduate

Certification:

CCNA + MCSA

Salary:

Up to ₹26,000 per month

Experience:

1-3 yrs

Location:

Palghar
