Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and related devices.
Handle day-to-day IT support requests through ticketing systems, phone, or email.
Perform password resets, user account creation, and access management as directed.
2. System Maintenance & Installation
Install and configure operating systems (Windows 10/11, Linux, etc.) and authorized software applications.
Update and patch systems regularly as per company policy.
Ensure antivirus updates and endpoint protection are active and up to date.
3. Network & Connectivity
Basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, and printer sharing issues.
Assist in connecting systems to network resources such as drives and shared folders.
Coordinate with the network team for escalated network-related issues.
4. Asset Management
Maintain records of IT assets, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Support in asset tagging, inventory management, and equipment handover during onboarding/offboarding.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Escalate unresolved issues to L2 / System Administrator and follow up till closure.
Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system.
Provide daily/weekly reports on IT support activities.
