We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) AMC, Basic PC assembling and cleaning. Basic knowledge of CCTV camera installation, configuration, and maintenance. The candidate will provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, software, and surveillance equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities

o? ?Provide L1 desktop support for Windows OS, hardware, and applications

o? ?Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals

o? ?Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and software

o? ?Basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, DNS)

o? ?Install and configure CCTV cameras (IP & Analog)

o? ?Perform camera fitting, cabling, and mounting

o? ?Configure DVR/NVR, camera IP, and basic networking

o? ?Troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, and display issues

o? ?Handle user tickets and ensure SLA compliance

o? ?Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams when required

o? ?Maintain system security through antivirus and updates

o? ?Provide on-site and remote support to users

Required Skills

o? ?Windows 10/11 OS support

o? ?Basic hardware troubleshooting knowledge

o? ?Basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS)

o? ?Knowledge of CCTV camera installation and configuration

o? ?DVR/NVR setup and basic IP camera configuration

o? ?Printer and peripheral support

o? ?Good communication and user-handling skills

o? ?Willingness to learn and work in a team

Preferred Qualifications

o? ?Diploma / BCA / B.Sc IT / B.Tech or any IT-related qualification

o? ?Experience with basic desktop or CCTV support knowledge are welcome

o? ?Experience with ticketing tools or surveillance systems is an added advantage

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills for end-user interactions.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle on-call responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 20-30 kg (racks, servers, PCs, printers).

Comfortable working in data centers, confined spaces, or at client sites for installations/repairs.

Dexterity for precise cabling, hardware disassembly, and component handling.

Work Environment

Primarily on-site in offices, data centers, or client locations (e.g., Alibag/Varvada area or travel within Maharashtra and Gujrat).

May require occasional travel for multi-site deployments or support.

Flexible shifts or after-hours availability for critical network/hardware issues.

Salary Range (India)

?2.00,000 to ?2,50,000 per annum depending on experience, certifications, and location; higher end for candidates with strong combined networking + hardware skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
