Key Responsibilities:
Provide
first-level technical support
for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Install, configure, and maintain
desktops, laptops, operating systems, and applications

Troubleshoot problems related to
printers, scanners, email, MS Office, and internet connectivity
.
Set up and manage
user accounts, permissions, and access rights
.
Coordinate with
network and server teams
for escalated issues.
Ensure
timely resolution of tickets
through remote or onsite support.
Perform
regular system updates, antivirus checks, and data backups
.
Document issues, resolutions, and prepare reports for management.
Educate users on IT best practices and security awareness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a
Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer

Strong knowledge of
Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and basic networking

Familiarity with
Active Directory, LAN/WAN, VPN, and remote desktop tools
.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of
ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)

Basic understanding of
server & cloud platforms

Relevant certifications (e.g.,
