Roles & Responsibilities Notice period : Immediate to 10days Location: Bengaluru and Hyderabad Having 5+ years of Windows & Networking Engineer experience in supporting production environment including customer facing or customer support roles. Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset. Technical Skills: Remote access (Direct Access) Site-to-site VPN connectivity issues Remote access (VPN, RRAS and CMAK) Knowledge and understanding of VPN, , DHCP, &DNS Remote Desktop Protocol Printing configuration and management AppLocker, Hyper V, Task Scheduler WMI, DCOM and WINRM Application installation and management, MSI and MSIX Server management tools Remote Desktop Services configuration and management Performance (PERF): Bug checks, Stop errors, and unexpected restarts Error while starting the computer, or you cannot start Windows High CPU utilization, Memory leak or resource depletion Application error, hang, or crash User Experience (UEX): RDS(Remote Desktop Services) UI Shell WMI, Script, Power shell, Etc., Printing Apps, App-V, UE-V Storage & High Availability (HA): Active Directory Fundamentals Strong communications skills Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Demonstrable troubleshooting skills Cross-team collaboration.
