Desktop support Engineer with Network knowledge - Field Job - Conveyance extra given

Need to install and identify the problem happen in the Printer at Customer locations

Self Service Passbook Printers knowledge is added advantage for this job

Giving Support to all Banks

Frequent Preventive maintenance to be done

Upon call completion, needed to get completion report from the customer properly

This is complete responsible of the service support

Laptop and Desktop installation and support, Network issue, Printer installation and problem solving, Internet issue solving, User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes and VPN and remote user support. Antivirus support, Technical Support, Networking, IP address, OS Installation and IT support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
