Job Description

Role: IT - Hardware and Networking

- Installation & Configuration of Microsoft OS and Device Drivers.

- Troubleshooting of hardware and O/S Basic Networking, Map drive, Data sharing TCP/IP Configuration, Internet Maintenance.

- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows XP, Win7 with Desktops, and Laptops.

- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Network Printers, Local printers and Scanner Hardware Support (Troubleshooting) With Laptop and Desktop, Internet connectivity, Networking devices (Modem, Switch, and Wi-Fi Device) & Internet Related Issue LAN Wired/Wi-Fi, Internet, DHCP.
- MS outlook, configuration, Outlook backup & restore and troubleshooting.

- Diagnose and resolve software issues for end-users.

- Document standard troubleshooting procedures and user guides

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
