oInstall and configure operating systems, software, and applications according to company standards.

User Support:
Provide technical assistance to users, addressing queries and ensuring smooth operations.

Network Support:
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.

System Maintenance:
oPerform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance of IT equipment.
6.
Asset Management:
oTrack and maintain IT assets, ensuring proper documentation and inventory.
7.
Security Compliance:
oEnsure systems are secure by installing and updating antivirus software and other security measures.
8.
Collaboration:
oWork closely with the IT team to address system-wide issues and improve overall IT infrastructure. 9.Computer / Machine PC_ Ghost
Terms & Conditions:

Night Shift Availability:
?In case of any issues with the IT infrastructure during night hours, all Desktop Support Engineers are required to report to the factory immediately, regardless of their regular shift timings.
2.
On-Call Availability:
?Every Desktop Support Engineer must be reachable at all times. It is mandatory to answer calls, especially during critical situations. oFailure to respond to critical calls may result in management action.
