We are looking for a proactive and skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to end-users, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth daily IT operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware. Troubleshoot issues related to LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and system performance.
Handle user account management, email setup, and access rights.
Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment and track repairs/replacements.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing and warranty claims.
Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in person and document the same.
Ensure timely resolution and escalation of critical IT issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
Familiarity with remote support tools. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
